Any ethical hiring process requires more than one person's input in order to remove biases as much as possible. Currently, Willo doesn't facilitate this which is a problem (unless we create more accounts which is 1) time-consuming and 2) could result in privacy issues in some cases).How would it work?The hiring manager (who’s in charge of all recruits for all teams) receives applications, reviews them, and creates a shortlist based on the rating system. Hiring manager send out links of these applications to relevant team members (those who will work closely with the new recruit or have some decision-making weight), and they cast their vote/make comments. Hiring manager sends ut invitations to those that scored best overall.
